Cancellation, Late Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
To reserve your appointment time and dispatch our mobile team, we require a valid card on file at booking. A temporary authorization hold may appear on your statement—this is not a charge, it verifies the card and helps us enforce the policy below.
Arrival Window
Because we are mobile, arrival times can vary due to traffic and routing. Reservation times are approximate and may vary within about 30 minutes.
Late Cancellations (within 6 hours)
If you cancel your appointment less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time, you agree that we may charge a late cancellation fee to your card on file.
Late cancellation fee:
- $25.00 flat fee
No-Show, Vehicle Not Accessible, or Customer Unreachable on Arrival
If our team arrives and we are unable to begin the service because we cannot reach you, access the vehicle, or obtain keys within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show.
No-show fee:
- $75.00 flat fee
We will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided in your booking. Please keep your phone available around your appointment time.
Running Late
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 30-minute grace period beyond your scheduled time. If you exceed this grace period, we may need to reschedule to accommodate other clients, and the late cancellation or no-show fee may apply depending on timing and access.
Weather
If it rains during the detail, the appointment may be rescheduled. If interior work has already been completed when weather stops the service, you only pay for the work already performed. Cancellations and reschedules due to weather are exempt from any late cancellation or no-show fees.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy, and authorize Soapy Whips to charge the applicable fee to the card on file if the policy is violated.
